I do hereby grant to Lumē Deodorant, LLC and its respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and performance, whether recorded on digital video, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate, and to use or re-use the CGC and the Product in whole or in part as Lumē may elect. Lumē or Lumē’s Designee shall have complete ownership of the CGC and the Product in which I appear, including all copyright interests. I acknowledge and confirm that I have no interest or ownership in the CGC or the Product, or its copyright. I also grant to Lumē and to Lumē’s designee(s) the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, sell and otherwise distribute the CGC and the Product, either in whole or in part. This grant includes the right to use the CGC and the Product to promote or publicize Lumē products via video, audio, print, or other media. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, and my assigns, and that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual. I further agree that this Release Agreement will be governed by the laws the State of Utah, United States.
